City Radius Community Health Services is proud to offer our DDD Summer Program (DTT), designed to provide children and teens with a structured, supportive, and engaging summer experience that encourages personal growth, independence, and social development.

Our program creates opportunities for participants to build essential life skills, strengthen communication abilities, develop positive peer relationships, and enjoy meaningful recreational and educational activities in a safe and inclusive environment.

Programs are available at our Mesa and Casa Grande locations.

Program Overview

The DDD Summer Program combines educational enrichment, social development, recreational activities, and life skills training to help participants continue learning and growing throughout the summer months.

Participants are encouraged to develop confidence, independence, communication skills, and emotional growth through engaging daily activities and supportive guidance from experienced staff members.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where every participant feels valued, respected, and encouraged to succeed.

Program Details

Start Date June 1, 2026

Program Hours Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Ages Served 6 – 17 years old

Transportation Transportation available upon request.

  • Community-Based Outings

Specialized Support Services

Our DTT Summer Program provides individualized support designed to meet the unique developmental and behavioral needs of each participant.

Support services may include:

  • Positive Behavior Support (PBS)
  • Structured Routine & Supervision
  • Individualized Goal-Based Activities
  • Social and Emotional Skill Development
  • Therapeutic and Educational Support

Our experienced staff members provide consistent guidance and supervision to help participants build confidence, independence, and positive social connections.

The following services are available at both our Mesa and Casa Grande locations:

  • Day Training and Habilitation (DTA)
  • Day Treatment and Training (DTT)
  • Employment Services

DTA Hours of Operation Monday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
